Series Overview  

The Set Apart Series is a long-term memoir project by Byron Stokes III documenting the lessons, challenges, victories, and growth experienced throughout different seasons of life.

Every ten years, a new installment will be released, reflecting on the decade that shaped that chapter of the journey. Each book serves as a snapshot of a specific season, capturing the experiences, relationships, faith, leadership lessons, personal growth, and defining moments that helped shape the person Byron was becoming during that period of life.

  Set Apart: The Weight of Becoming

The series begins with Set Apart, written at nineteen years old. It tells the story of faith, grief, leadership, family, heartbreak, healing, purpose, and growth through the eyes of a young man learning to navigate life while trusting God's plan.

Future installments will continue the story as new chapters unfold. Each book will stand on its own while contributing to a larger narrative of growth, purpose, and becoming.

This is more than a collection of memoirs.  It is a record of a life being lived, a faith being tested, and a purpose being discovered.
